College Compliance Self-Reporting To Delaware DOJ
Pursuant to 14 Del. C. § 9006A, by October 1 of each year, an academic institution is required to make a report to the Department of Justice detailing the information for the prior calendar year. Submissions made by October should be reflective of the previous calendar year.
