The primary goals of the Department of

agencies and the public and to enforce the laws of the
State in a fair, just and effective manner. In order
to fulfill its responsibilities, the Department of
Justice is organized into five Divisions. They are the
Civil, Criminal, Appeals, Fraud and Consumer
Protection, and Administrative Divisions. We have
