The
primary goals of the Delaware Department of Justice are to
provide quality legal services to the public and State
agencies and to enforce the laws of the State in a fair, just
and effective manner. The Delaware Department of Justice is
organized into five Divisions: Civil, Criminal, Family, Fraud
and Administrative.
If you are a hard working individual with a "can do"
attitude and want to be part of a high-performing, fast-paced
Department with a tradition of excellence, we may have a
position for you! Join us and help make a difference.
Even if you do not currently find a position that matches your
aptitudes and interests, you are welcome to send us a resume
on your own initiative. You will be sent a confirmation notice
when we receive your resume. Once submitted, your resume will
be retained for six months. You may be considered for
appropriate positions based on your experience and skill set.
If we think there is a good fit, we will arrange for an
interview with you to determine whether or not you are
qualified. The interview process generally has multiple steps
and can take some time to complete. We will try our best to
respond to you in a timely manner and keep you informed
throughout the hiring process.
The Delaware Department of Justice is an Equal Opportunity and
