This is the decision on the above-referenced Complaint.1
The operative facts are that on or about September 7, 1995 you filed a Freedom of Information Act Complaint (the "Complaint") with the Attorney General pursuant to 29 Del. C. § 10005(e). You stated that you previously made a formal request in writing for certain records on August 30, 1995 with the Woodbridge School District (the "District"). Your Complaint with the Attorney General seeks, inter alia, "to know in writing, what was done to correct the problems that others had last school year 1994-1995 with Mrs. Bansbach, a teacher employed by the District,
