Dear Mr. Billingsley:
You have asked whether a license to practice engineering under 24 Del. C. ch. 28 allows an engineer to render services in connection with structures which have, "as their principal purpose human habitation or use." You have also asked the related question; whether the definition of the practice of architecture in 24 Del.
