Re: Suspension, Cancellation and/or Revocation of CDL School Bus Driver Endorsements
Dear Superintendent Forgione:
You have asked several questions dealing with the licensing and disqualification of a CDL licensee with a driver school bus endorsement.1 First, you ask if a CDL licensee with a school bus driver endorsement commits a crime which would subject him/her to disqualification if he/she had been an applicant for licensure endorsement when the crime had been committed may have his/her endorsements removed and/or
