Legal Intern and Volunteer Program 

The Delaware Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General is pleased to provide a legal intern and volunteer program which offers a variety of opportunities for students to gain valuable work experience. These internships enhance the legal skills of law students and further the education of all students. 

The Department participates in various co-op, extern/intern, public service, and legal clinic programs that may be offered to students through colleges, universities, and law schools and will be accepted on an as needed basis throughout the year.  Interested applicants may forward resumes to Intern.Program@state.de.us. 

Candidates for all intern and volunteer positions must have a satisfactory criminal background check. Anything other than routine traffic violations may preclude you from obtaining an internship with the Department.
