Bank of America Enhanced National Homeownership Program Announcement Information

Bank of America Home Loans is enhancing the National Homeownership Retention Program (NHRP) it launched in 2008. The NHRP mortgage modification program is designed to offer an affordable and sustainable mortgage payment to eligible customers who have a financial hardship. Several enhancements will be added to the program in mid-May to provide payment affordability and sustainability to more customers.

Chase - The Way Forward Program

Recently Chase announced an outreach effort to modify loans owned and serviced by Chase. This new program, announced October 31, targets Chase, WaMu (Washington Mutual) and EMC Mortgage Corporation (A subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase) customers with tools to help modify loans, extend terms and help customers explore every alternative to foreclosure. Follow the link for more information:
