A.G. BRADY COMMENTS ON MICROSOFT DECISION

(Wilmington, DE) - Delaware Attorney General M. Jane Brady today issued the following statement regarding the decision announced by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in the case of United States of America v. Microsoft Corporation:

"I was pleased to see the balanced decision by the United States Court of Appeals regarding the Microsoft antitrust litigation. The tone in that decision creates a promising opportunity for the parties to meet and resolve the remaining issues. I hope that all sides will come together quickly, for the benefit of consumers, the economy and the technology industry, and take full advantage of this opportunity to settle the matter promptly."
