James R. Reynolds

A tenth generation Delawarean, James R .Reynolds is a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters Degree from NYU. In 1994, he founded and continues to run Senior Partner, Inc. providing surrogate decision-making services and estate administration for impaired adults. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Public Guardian for the State Of Delaware, provided psychiatric social work services on both an in-patient and outpatient basis and served as a mental health consultant to area nursing homes.
