Robert M. Gouge

Gouge is a retired Major of the Delaware State Police, where one of his responsibilities included managing the annual budget for this sizeable agency. After leaving this post, he was employed as an investigator by the Delaware Department of Justice’s Securities and Medicaid Fraud Units. He is currently in private practice in the financial sector.
